Please note SSH is only available on VPS/Dedicated server plans.

If you are using a VPS or dedicated server you can SSH using the following instructions:

If you are using Windows please download and install Putty:

http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html

Once installed, create a new connection by entering your server IP address into the hostname box, the port should default to 22 - please alter this accordingly if you have altered the port SSH listens on.  Once you have entered your IP address and verified the port number is correct click connect and you will be prompted for your root password.

If the connection fails please create a support ticket and a a support engineer will investigate.

If you are using Linux or Mac, open a terminal window and type:

ssh root@Server IP

You will then be prompted for your root password.

If the connection fails please create a support ticket and a a support engineer will investigate.
