You can find your password if you follow the advise:

-Login in to your billing account at https://securesignup.net/portal/clientarea.php
-Go to the right side to 'My Services'
-Click the right side arrow button of your service
-On this page you will find your current password and also the option to reset this password

If you have lost access to your billing account, please create a support ticket  at:

Please provide your invoice number or payment transaction ID as proof you are the owner of your account and we can provide a password reset.
