If you wish to cancel your premium hosting account you need to create a ticket at https://support.ifastnet.com

When contacting support requesting cancellation please include the following information

1) your last paid invoice number.

2) your domain name.

3) a confirmation that you have backed up all data on the hosting account (as all data will be removed from our servers on processing the cancellation) . 

If you are cancelling due to price reasons and have been a customer for over 1 year we could possibly offer a discount on the pricing.
