How To Restore Files and Databases from our backups.

In order to restore files from our backup servers you need to create a support ticket at https://support.fastnet.com

We make a backup once a week, and hold 2 backup cycles. 

In this ticket be VERY specific as to what you want restored for example 

1) files in /home/example/mydomain.com

2) databases associated with mydomain.com

3) a expectation of when the backup should be from.
