On free hosting we do not provide technical support for your scripts.  When you upgrade to iFastNet Premium hosting we provide full support for all your scripts and tech support issues, however on the free plan you do need to fix your own scripts if you encounter a code problem.

What this means for you as a free hosting client:

Should you have an error, or any issue installing / configuring / upgrading a script on your free hosting account we will NOT assist.

You may ask why?, its quite simple, we have many 00000's of free hosting customers, who don't pay anything for the service provided, the servers and managing the servers to keep them running costs a high amount of $'s , then employing more people to answer questions regarding user generated issues is not viable for people whom are not paying to cover these costs.
